Abstract

This study aims to improve entrepreneurship learning motivation using cooperative learning model type Think Pair Share (TPS) with paired card media on students of class XI TKR 1 SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Boyolali academic year 2017/2018. This type of research is a classroom action research with two cycles. The subject of this research is collaboration between teacher and researcher (actor) and student of class XI TKR 1 SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Boyolali (recipient of action) which numbered 26 students. Data collection techniques used include observation, documentation, interviews, and field notes. To ensure the validity of the data, the use of triangulation (source and time). Data analysis techniques use critical analysis techniques and comparative descriptive analysis techniques. The result of the research shows that there is an increase of entrepreneurship learning motivation in grade XI TKR 1 SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Boyolali academic year 2017/2018 17,95% from 62,17% in cycle I to 80,12 in cycle II. In observation guideline observation result done by teacher in cycle I related to teaching act of researcher that 84,09% implementation of learning process have been in accordance with observation guidance, but not yet optimal, sedangan at cycle II all process of implementation of learning have comply with observation guidance. Based on the result of research, that cooperative learning model of Think Pair Share (TPS) type with paired card media can improve learning motivation of entrepreneurship students of class XI TKR 1 SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Boyolali if done with bear and precise.
