Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of autocratic leadership style variable to the employee's desire to come out at the togamas shop of Surakarta, to know the effect of work stress variable to the employee's desire to come out at the togamas bookshop surakarta, and to know the influence of the autocratic leadership style variable and the work stress variable to the desire employees to come out at the togamas bookshop surakarta. This research uses data retrieval technique using questionnaire with likert scale. Samples taken in the study were 37 respondents. Analytical methods used were instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and R^2 test. Based on the result of multiple linear regression analysis with t test show that the autocratic leadership style variable have positive and significant effect to the employee's turnover, work stress variable has positive and significant effect to the employee's turnover. Furthermore, through the F test shows that the variables of autocratic leadership style and work stress have a positive and significant effect on the employee's turnover. The final test of the determination test (R^2) shows the result of (R^2 is 0.628, this means that the autocratic leadership style variable and the work stress can explain the employee's turnover by 62.8% and the rest are explained other variables outside the model.
