Abstract

This study aims to find out: to find out how to make questions in SMA N 1 Karanganom that have been carried out by the teacher and find out whether the questions that have been made have met the standards of quality questions based on the item analysis test questions. The type of research used is ex post facto because the object that will be the source of research data is a document whose activities have been carried out. So the research method that is in accordance with this study is a descriptive research method. The object of this research is the items that have been tested to students on the Mid Mid Semester exam in SMA N 1 Karanganom. The results of the study showed that content validity was based on material aspects, construction aspects, and language / culture, the questions made by the teacher met the writing rules. Judging from the analysis of the distribution of cognitive terms the bloom question refers to the actions of students classified as C3 (Applying) and C4 (Analyzing), this is in accordance with the levels of high school students. Whereas, reviewed from the quantitative analysis that the questions that have been analyzed have a valid problem of 100%, based on the level of reliability of the question is still relatively low at 0.45. The level of difficulty in the exam questions is not balanced, where the questions that have been analyzed are classified as easy questions with the percentage of questions one having a percentage of 72.10% and items in question two 84.92%, which in the item categories have a high percentage of questions in the question easy. The difference in question power is good. The percentage of item one is 27.58% and item two is 42.82%, where the two questions fall into the category of good questions.
