Abstract
Employee Training Program conducted at the Land Office of Boyolali District is implemented in order to improve performance and meet the target of land certificate. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the effectiveness of the Training Program, among others Training Motivation, Training Material and Training Facilitator. The research method used in this research is quantitative research method, using survey method approach. The measurement scale of instrument used in this research is Semantic Deferential with incidental sampling method. Data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The result of the research shows that the training motivation has significant effect on the effectiveness of Training Program. Training materials have a significant effect on the effectiveness of Training Program. Training Facilitator has a significant effect on the effectiveness of Training Motivation Training Program, Training Material and Facilitator Training has significant and significant influence on the effectiveness of Training Program which is 76.5%.
