Abstract

THE INFLUENCE OF BATIK ACTIVITIES ON THE FINE MOTOR SKILLS OF CHILDREN IN GROUP A IN KB SURYA ALAM AISYIYAH SAWIT BOYOLALIIN ACADEMIC YEAR 2017/2018 Abstract The purpose of this research is to know the influence of batik activities on the fine motor skills of children in group A in KB Surya Alam Aisyiyah Sawit Boyolali academic year 2017/2018. The method of this study was quantitative method, used experimental research type with pre-experimental research design. Pre-experimental research design with one group pretest-posttest design. This research was conducted at KB Surya Alam Aisyiyah Sawit Boyolali. The subjectin this study was the group A of KB Surya Alam Aisyiyah Sawit Boyolali with a total of 12 children.Data collection techniques in this study was conducted through observation, namely nonparticipant observation.The data analysis techniques in this study using t-test with the help of SPSS 15.0 for windows program. The results of data analysis using t-test obtained t count -16.258 ≤ - ttable is -2.201 then H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted which means that there is influence of batik activities through the fine motor skill of children at the Group A of KB Surya Alam Aisyiyah Sawit Boyolali in Academic Year 2017/2018.
