Abstract
This study aims to determine the form and execution of rental agreements in a simple rental flats and sanctions when the tenant has crossed his rental engagement that occurred in Rusunawa Jurug Surakarta. research that is in use is descriptive by using empirical juridical approach. Data wich is obtained through research on Rusunawa Jurug Surakarta located at street Kyai H.Masykur No.16, Jebres district, Surakarta, Central Java with data collection method through document and field study.This research data analysis technic is data analysis is qualitative. Result of research indicate that form of rent engagement which applies in Rusunawa Jurug is a license in the form of a license to occupy Rusunawa (SIP), with the mechanism of easy lease execution and for the implementation of the engagement itself includes in the field of admininstration, Simple Housing rental facility, and building construction, and sanction if tenant violates the content of the lease engagement. The constraint that occurs from the form of the engagement itself that causes the number of violations that have been committed by the tenants, some residents often pay rusunawa rent, as well as the problem of allotment of occupancy.
