Abstract

The aim of this study are 1) to description the leraning process with Curriculum 2013 that took at SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga. 2) to find out the application of 21st century competence in learning process with the curriculum 2013 at SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga. 3) to get the information about the compability of the learning process curriculum 2013 of achievement 21st century skills. The type is qualitative research. The design is ethnography. Basic data collection technique using observation, interview, and documentation technique. The validity of research data using triangulation technique of data source. The result of research indicates that the competencies held by students of Class X Accounting Major of SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga not evenly distributed. The learning process with Curriculum 2013 has been done, but there are factors out of control that cause there are some students who are difficult to master the expected 21st century competence, , such as interest and student talents factors, students' intelligence factors, family factors, environmental factors, association factors, and others. As for of this research points out that the 21st century competence owned by students of class X Accounting Major of SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga already good means that there is achievement of 21st century competence in the learning process with Curriculum 2013 at the students of class X Accounting Major of SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga Academic Year 2017/2018 such as character education, citizenship, communication, and collaboration. Although there are still some 21st century competencies that have not been fully achieved such as competence of critical thinking and problem solving and creativity and imagination.
