Abstract

The development of balance during child growth is very important to be reviewed. Deformity of the sole of the foot is one of the causes of disturbance of balance. This research is observational analytic with cross sectional approach. Sample were 55 students from several PAUD in Kartasura District. flat foot was measured through the wet footprint test. The Balance was measured were through standing stork test with stopwatch. Analysis statistic with Kendall tau test. The result that correlation between balance with flat foot degree,open eyes and one legged right foot with p = 0,000.The correlation between balance with flat foot degree, open eyes and and one legged left foot with p = 0,000.The correlation between balance with flat foot degree, closed eyes and and one legged right foot with p = 0,000.The correlation between balance with flat foot degree, closed eyes and one leggedleft foot with p = 0,000. Conclusion : there was a correlation flat foot with balance of PAUD students.
