Abstract

This research aim to analyzing influence of motivation, discipline, ability, work ethos, work environmental and which is variable most dominant its influence to performance of musyrif in Assalam Islamic boarding school. Population and sample which is used in this research is musyrif and musyrifah in Assalam Islamic boarding school. Hypothesis examination in this research used statistical analysis with program of SPSS covering validity test, reliabilities test, classic assumption test, doubled linear regression, F test, t test, and coefficient of determinacy (R2).Result of research indicate that there is influence motivate in improving performance of musyrif. Result of the examination coefficient of determinacy (R2) indicating they are motivation, discipline, ability, work ethos, and work environment can explain variability performance of musyrif by equal to 64,3%, and the model have got away from the classic assumption tested.
