Abstract

Supplies is a compony that used a series of wealth production process for the purpose processed into and finally became the firm into a producer of goods to anticipate the request of customers. This study aims to analyze processing supplies and the design of an instrument control supplies to the process body repair in PT. Pada Makmur Baru (Unit B) who collaborated with PT. Nasmoco. The data used in this research include data in a warehouse raw materials non painting. This research give an advantage to get optimal pulp stocks. The menthodology that was used that is a method of min-max. A method of min-max is one way to control supplies by determining the minimum and maximum stock compony stock in an inner. The process of collecting the data consists of observation, interviews and the literature study. The result of this research is get safety stock, minimum stock, maximum stock, the reservation back and design kanban card. Design the tools it serves as a card can inform us part in detail.. At cards kanban there are a lot of the information in the origin, part number, part name, kanban number, quantity/kanban, tool, min, max and columns check list.
