Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of domestic investmen, foreign investment, labor and interest rates on economic growth in Indonesia during the period of 1990-1996. The data used are Indonesia economic growth, domestic investmen, foreign investment, labor and interest rates. The analysis used in this research is multiple regression using Ordinary Least Square (OLS) applied time series data. The data were obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and the World Bank. The result showed that interest rates has positive and significant effect on economic growth during the period of 1990-2015, meanwhile domestic investmen, foreign investment and labor, showed no significant effect on economic growth.
