Abstract

Introduction: Delusion is one form of distraction from the content of the mind. This has an impact on the disruption of the belief and form of the patient's stance, so that the mind-numbing disorder can only be understood or evaluated with at least some knowledge of the patient's interpersonal relationship; such as their involvement with religion, gods, or political groups. The symptom of understanding in patients with schizophrenia usually arises with different ideas among patients with one another. Objective: This study aims to find out the ideas when suffers delusiom of the patients treated at the Psychiatric Hospital. Research Methodology: This type of research is qualitative with the method used in research is study phenomenology. The technique used to collect data in this study using in-depth interview technique (in deepth interview) by using open-ended question. The number of participants in this study as many as 12 participants with sampling technique purposive sampling. Outcome: The ideas when there is an understanding of the patients treated at the Mental Hospital include 1. Possessing supernatural devices and items; 2) Possessing supernatural power and ability; 3) Possessed by a supernatural creature; 4) Being in high position; 5) Ghosted by a supernatural creature; 6) Empty adn hollow feeling; 7) Feeling physically hurt or tortured; 8) Fasting or doing certain rituals; 9) Feeling like she/he receives sorcery/ balck magic from others; 10) Encountering supernatural creatures; 11) Feeling like she/he being envied; 12) Feeling like she/he going to be killed; 13) Feeling like she/he is physically disabled/flawed; 14) Claiming himself/herself as God; 15) Feeling restained by Gods. Conclusion: Each patient with symptoms of delusion has different ideas between patients with each other.
