Abstract

Culinary is a matter related to kitchen, cooking and culinary profession. Culinary profession itself can be defined as a profession to cook or prepare food products, such as chef, restaurant management, dietitians, nutritionists and so forth. Food products are the result of processing raw materials into ready-to-serve food through cooking activities. It needs special skill to create unique food and have unique taste. Thus, there is a need for a container to accommodate the educational activities of processing, research and containers to sell culinary produce. Kudus Culinary Center is a food or cuisine center located in Kudus District as a place for culinary education facilities as well as a place for the development and deepening of processing various cuisines, entrepreneurship, research place, and become a means to create food.
