Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Motivation, Work Ability and Work Discipline of Employee Performance PT. Taspen Surakarta. Based on the results of this study is expected to provide benefits in order to improve employee performance. The method used in this research is quantitative method, where the data used is primary data. The sample used is 33 employees. Techniques of collecting research data through questionnaires with Likert scale. Analyze this data using SPSS 20.00. Analyzer used in this research is instrument test (validity test and reliability test), classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test), and multiple linear regression test (t test, F test, and R2 test). Based on the result of t test indicate that work motivation (X1) have positive and significant effect to employee performance, while work ability (X2) have positive but not significant effect to employee performance, and work discipline (X3) have positive and significant influence to employee performance. Based on the F test indicates that the variable of work motivation, work ability, andwork discipline affect simultaneously to performance.
