Abstract

This study aims to examine and know (1) the influence of motivation on employee performance (2) the influence of career development on employee performance (3) The effect of compensation on employee performance (4) the influence of motivation, career development and compensation simultaneously on employee performance. The sample used in this research is 99 employees of PT. KJS Klaten through questionnaires with purposive sampling sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used are multiple regression analysis, F test, and t test. The result of t test analysis shows the partial influence between motivation to employee performance, career development toward employee performance and compensation on employee performance. While the F test data shows the influence of simultaneous variables of motivation, career development and compensation for employee performance.
