Abstract

The relationship between customary law and local regulation in Tebo regency is quite harmonious. Similarly, between seloko adat "Umo Bepaga Siang, Livestock at Night" with Tebo District Regulation No. 8 of 2014. This can be seen from outside the Regional Regulation Tebo No. 8 of 2014 which helps seloko custom "Umo Bepaga Siang, Livestock Night" in realizing an orderly, clean, beautiful and safe City. The purpose of this study is to know the application of custom seloko, the application of local regulations and also the harmonization between using empirical juridical method, using primary and secondary data. Technique of library data study, interview and observation is analyzed descriptively aimed to give exact and exact description of target.
