Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment to turnover intention. The study conducted at PT. Kusumahadi Santosa Karanganyar. Samples taken as many as 86 respondents who work in PT. Kusumahadi Santosa Karanganyar. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability test and hypothesis test. The result of this research is conclusion (1) job satisfaction have negative and significant effect to turnover intention, (2) organizational commitment have negative and significant influence to turnover intention.
