Abstract

Fajrin Ilham Hartanto/A310140123. DEVELOPMENT OF STAD AND LEARNING STUDENT LEARNING MODEL IN INDONESIAN LANGUAGE CLASS VIII IN SMP NEGERI 5 KLATEN. Essay. Faculty of Education, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. In May, 2018. Learning is an act of making people or learning beings, both academic and non-academic. Implementing learning in the classroom requires learning models, such as lectures and STAD. Lectures model more use of learning methods using oral narrative. STAD learning model is a type of learning in groups. This method is intended so that students are able and accustomed to learn cooperatively and cooperation between friends. The purpose of this research is to know the level of satisfaction of STAD learning model and lecture. The research method used qualitative descriptive method with R & D model. Based on the students' enthusiasm analysis to learn, the number of students interested in STAD is 13 people, while the lecture is 7 people. Based on the analysis of the level of understanding of material to STAD as many as 15 people, while the lecture as many as 12 people. Based on the analysis of excitement level for STAD 14 people, while the lecture is 7 people. Based on the analysis of STAD difficulty level only one person, while the lecture as much as 6 people. Based on STAD anxiety level analysis 5 people, while giving lectures as many as 11 people. Similarly, the level of success and learning skills for STAD is higher than that of college.
