Abstract

Lack of supervision and attention from parents can cause adolescents to engage in rape behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of rape behavior in adolescents and the factors that influence the behavior of rape in adolescents. Participants in this study consisted of 2 male adolescents who were being convicted of raping and were in prison II B Klaten. Data collection techniques used in this study are interviews and observation. Participant search was conducted using purposive sampling technique. The results showed that each subject has a poor relationship with both parents and feel less attention by both parents. Subjects also commit rape because they are influenced by pornographic videos, the influence of alcohol, lack of empathy, loneliness, problems in social interactions and an anti -social personality.
