Abstract

This study to analysis the effect of government, economic growth, foreign direct investment, labor force and inflation on unemployment in Indonesia period 1986-2016. The research method used is quantitative method with time series. Data used in this research is secondary data obtained from World Bank and Badan Pusat Statistik. The analytical tool used is Partial Adjustment Model (PAM) which to find out there is a short-term and long-term relationship between the dependent variable with the independent variable.
