Abstract
The pharmacy service in hospital is an activity that has purpose to identify, prevent, and solve the medicine problems. The pharmacist who works in hospital must have ability to realize the wide of pharmacy service paradigm from the product to patient. The hospital service in JKN system has the important role to BPJS Kesehatan participants. BPJS Kesehatan has a function to run health assurance program. The objective of this research is to know the patient satisfaction level given by employee’ service in Outpatient Pharmacy Clinics RSUD Ir. Soekarno in 2018. It has five dimensions such as reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible. This research was a non-experiment research and prospective approach with purposive sampling method. The data analysis was done by descriptive -the satisfaction and hope value divided by interval value was patient satisfaction level. The result of this research from 150 participants was good. The mean of patient satisfaction level was 1,00 (high) from five dimensions. They were reliability 1,04 (high), responsiveness 0,79 (adequate), assurance 1,07 (high), empathy 1,09 (high), and tangible 1,04 (high).
