Abstract

This research entitled "Analysis of Effect of Empowerment on Micro Efficiency of Small and Medium Enterprises in Sukoharjo District". This study aims to determine the function of production, to know the effect of capital on the value of production, to know the effect of labor on the value of production, and to know the effect of empowerment of technical efficiency of UMKM. The type of data used is primary and secondary. The analysis method used is Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA) method. UMKM play a role in improving the regional economy hence the role of the government or the relevant agencies needed to pay attention to those called empowerment. The results of the analysis stated that the average level of technical efficiency of UMKM has not reached the maximum value of 0.88437. Empowerment variables significantly influence the level of technical efficiency of UMKM in Sukoharjo District.
