Abstract

Analysis of this research about the influence of Leadership Style and Work Environment on Employee Performance Market Luwes Purwodadi. A study conducted at Pasar Raya Purwodadi. The samples taken in the study are 74 respondents who work in Purwodadi Market. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability test and classical assumption test. Based on the results of the analysis found it can be explained that the style of leadership and work environment have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. In the model formed variable of leadership style and work environment able to explain employee performance variable equal to 38,1% and the rest 61,9% still influenced by other variable.
