Abstract
MANAGEMENT PHYSIOTHERAPY OF XEROSIS ET CAUSA MORBUS HANSEN MULTI BASILER REACTION WITH HYDROTHERAPY, MASSAGE AND EXERCISE THERAPY IN RSUD KELET DEPARTMENT REHABILITATION OF LEPROSY (Sri Wahyuningsih, 2018) Background: Xerosis Et Causa Morbus Hansen Multi Basiler Reaction is a skin disease caused by leprosy Mycobacterium Leprae that attacks the stratum corneum causing the skin become dry, rough and cracked. Objectives: to determine the benefits of Hydrotherapy, Massage and Exercise Therapy in Xerosis Et Causa Morbus Hansen Multi Basiler Reaction. Results: after treatment 4 times, the dry skin becomes reduced, and the skin that rough and cracked turn into smooth T0: 4 to T4: 3, an increase in circumference of the left atrophic leg segment, 10 cm from the tibia tuberosity T0 : 28 cm to T4: 29 cm, 20 cm from tibia tuberosity T0: 21 to T4: 22 and 30 cm from tibia tuberosity T0: 22 to T4: 23 as well as an increase in skin elasticity of the ankle with increasing ROM in the dorsal flexion - plantar flexion ankle sinistra T0: 150 - 00 - 300 to T4: 200 - 00 - 500, as well as on dorsal flexion - plantar flexion ankle dextra T0: 200 - 00 - 450 to T4: 200 - 00- 500. Conclusion: Modality of Hydrotherapy, Massage and Exercise Therapy can reduce dry skin, and rough and cracked skin becomes smooth, increased circumference of the segments in the atrophic leg, and increased skin elasticity in both ankles with increased Lgs in both ankle.
