Abstract
Energy is an essential requirement that is inseparable from all human activities. Especially in the field of industry, energy is used as capital in the form of energy sources to assist the production process. From the start of fuel energy to running industrial production machinery, and electrical energy to help run the engine and assist lighting at the time of industrial production process. This study shows that the consumption of fuel energy and electrical energy affects the production output of large and medium industries of Central Java Province 2010-2014. The analysis model used is Fixed Effect Model (FEM) data panel using time series data for five years (2010-2014) and cross section data of 24 industry sectors in Central Java. Based on the results of the research is known, on the validity test of influence (Test T) shows the variable of fuel energy and electric energy individually has a significant influence on production output. While on model existence test (F test) shows that simultaneously variable of fuel energy and electric energy influence to output of production, or show model exist. The coefficient of determination R2 shows that the independent variables studied are able to explain the remaining 97.34% of the remaining 2.66% is explained by the variable not examined
