Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of efficiency of the Creative Industry in Laweyan District in 2014. The data used in this study came from 21 creative industries listed in the Department of Manpower and Industry. The tool or method used in this research using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) assumption VRS. The results show that creative industry has not fully achieved efficiency, as much as 5 out of 21 creative industries in Laweyan District have achieved 100% efficiency. While 16 creative industries are not efficient (<100%) in operational running. The results stated that there was a difference of efficiency at each industry level.
