Abstract
Home is one of the most important parts of human life. house is shown as satisfying the needs of human life over a comfortable, safe, and quiet residence. Population growth in Karangayar district increased by about 0.35% from the previous year, looking at the data available for investment in Jati Village, Jaten District, Karanganyar District. By providing some basic data, then searching for primary data and then performing the deployment, the results of the questionnaire then using the SPSS program to test the feasibility of the data. Economic methods include Payback Period (PP), Return on Investment (ROI), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Return Rate (IRR), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Break Event Point (BEP), Profitability Index I P). Based on the results of the calculation of PP occurs on 20 Months 15 Days, ROI after taxes worth 4.084% per month = 49,036% per year, NPV of (+) Rp. 910.261.185,- (IRR) worth 11.418%> 4.50%, BCR of 1.08> 1, IP amounting to 1.08> 1. Based on these results it can be concluded that investment in Jati Village Jaten Subdistrict Karanganyar district is worth doing.
