Abstract
This research entitled "Analysis of Monetary Policy Influence on Economic Growth in Indonesia Period of 1991-2016". This study aims to determine whether there is influence of government routine expenditure (ROUTIN), inflation (INF), money supply (JUB), domestic investment (PMDN) and BI Rate (BIR) on economic growth in Indonesia. The method of analysis using multiple regression analysis with Partial Adjustment Model (PAM) model. The data used in this research is secondary data. The results of this research show that routine government spending has a positive and significant influence in the short term and in the long term, while the variable of money supply has negative a dsignificant in both the short and long term. Domestic investment has a significant positive effect in the short and long term. The variable of BI Rate has a significant negative effect both in the short and long term on economic growth in Indonesia.
