Abstract

Diplopia is the disorder on the sense of sight, where the sufferer will see two images of an object that is actually one. Nerve Abducens paresis results in rectus lateralis muscle decreasis in strength, so that the eye ball can not be moved laterally and limited visual field in a lateral direction. To study about Physiotherapy management in increase muscle strength and visual field in the case of Diplopia Binocular et Causa Parese Nervous Abducens using Electrical Stimulation and Eye Exercise modalities. After Physiotherapy for six times, obtained results in the assessment of m. rectus lateralis muscle strength T1: Unable to move to T6: Move partially, visual field T1: Limited to T6 : Limited. Electrical Stimulation and Eye Exercise can increase muscle strength in the case of Diplopia Binocular et Causa Parese Nervous Abducens.
