Abstract

Based on the problems found in the kindergarten Aisyiyah Titang researcher conducted the study with rhythmic movement activities to train and hone the physical motor development of children in foster the kinesthetic intelligence in children A kindergarten group Aisyiyah Titang Simo of the academic Year of 2017/2018.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of rhythmic motion activity against kinesthetic intelligence A group of children in kindergarten Aisyiyah Titang Simo of the academic Year of 2017/2018. This study was an experimental study using Pre- Experimental Design with shapes One-group pretest-posttest. Subjects in this study were TK Group A total of 20 children, and the whole population was used as a sample for the study. Data collection techniques in this research is observation, interview, and documentation. This technique uses the technique of Non-Probability Sampling Saturated. Observations were made through participating observation(participan observation). The results of the initial observation scores before the experiment at 216 with an average value of 10.8, the highest score was 14, and the lowest value of 7 and SD = 2.731.The Results of observation after the experiment of 351 with an average score of 17.55, the highest score was 20, and the lowest score was 15 and SD = 1.933. Data analysis techniques in this study used a t-test with SPSS 15.0 for Windows. The results of data analysis using t-test obtained valuetcount-12.818 <-ttable -2.093 then H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. it show that there were the significant rhythmic movement activities against child kinesthetic intelligence.
