Abstract
Human resources have a very important position considering the performance of the organization is strongly influenced by the quality of human resources. In addition, high quality natural resources are useful in adjusting the motion of rapid business climate change. Discipline work, motivation, leadership and work environment is important for an organization or institution in improving employee performance. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of work discipline, motivation, leadership and work environment on employee performance. This research method was designed survey with respondents all employees who work at BPPKAD Office Grobogan District. This type of research is quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling. The results showed simultaneous work discipline, motivation, leadership and work environment has a significant influence on employee performance. Partially work discipline, motivation and work environment affect the performance of employees, whereas only leadership variables that have no effect on employee performance.
