Abstract

Gambling is a criminal act that has been be entrenched in the people of Indonesia is no exception be entrenched in Kabuapten flash. The impact of criminal gambling is very big in addition to violating norms of decency, religion, morals, and moral Pancasila, thus it is very harmful to society. By so in this study author is keen to do research on the efforts of the Police flash of criminal gambling in the law of the District Police of Klaten and knowing the obstacles faced by the police in law enforcement of criminal gambling in the District Police in Klaten. The research method used in this study is the juridical empirical do with knowing kenyataan/fakta is available in the community especially in Klaten. From the results of research that has to do by the author of the efforts made by the Klaten especially in this case is Bhabinkamtibmas to make efforts to pre-emptif, preventive and repressive. While the obstacles faced by Police flash caused by some of good legislation to his own people. The solution which must be carried out is improving all the elements of law enforcement is Bhabinkamtibmas and also Police Klaten in general.
