Abstract
This study aims to determine the Basic Consideration of the Panel Judges in Rendering a criminal decision which leads to disparity of decision in Narcotics crime and to know the steps that can be taken to reduce the occurrence of criminal disparity in narcotics cases in State Court Sukoharjo. This research uses Juridical Empirical approach method. Technique of collecting data in this research is literature study and interview then analyze decision of State Court Sukoharjo court relating to Judicial Review of Disparity of Decision of Drug. The results of this study indicate that: 1. The basis of judges' consideration in passing criminal narcotic decision on the basis of juridical consideration and non juridical consideration. 2. Measures to reduce the occurrence of criminal disparity narcotics cases conducted external and internal efforts.
