Abstract

Ari Susilandari, Q 100110132. Management of independence student SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta (Case study of intrakurikuler and extracurricular activities in Program of Office Administration expertise) This research aims to find out how Management of Student Independence of SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta, with Case Study Intracurricular and Extracurricular Activities in Office Administration Program. The type of research is field research, with research location SMK N 6 Surakarta and the object of research is Office Administration student. The research used descriptive qualitative approach with direct data interaction technique with research subject, through: observation, in-depth interview and documentation. Then, the data were analyzed by descriptive analysis method according to the type of research conducted. The results showed that the management of student independence in SMK N 6 Surakarta is done through planned stages, through planning, implementation and evaluation, both for intracuriccular and extracurricular activities. These three aspects are implemented simultaneously and interconnected. Keywords: independency, Extracurricular, Intracurricular
