Abstract
This research entitled "Analysis of Small Medium Enterprises Production Batik in Bener village Wiradesa district Pekalongan district". The purpose is to analyze the influence of labor, raw materials, initial capital and experience on the value of batik production in the village of Bener Wiradesa district Pekalongan district. The dependent variable is production value, while the independent variable is labor, raw material, start-up capital and experience. The sample used in this research is 25 respondents of batik entrepreneurs in Bener village. Data in this research use primary data. This research uses multiple linier regression method of ordinary least square method with Cobb- Douglas production function model. The results of the analysis are: (1) The result of normality data test with Jarque Bera model is normally distributed; (2) The result of linearity test with Ramsey Reset model shows that the model is linear; (3) The results of the classic assumption test indicate that there is no problem multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation; (4) The result of t test can be seen that variable of labor and raw material have significant effect to production value while initial capital variable and experience have no significant effect to production value; (5) F test results show the model used exist; (6) R² obtained a value of 45%, which means that 45% variation in the value of batik production can be explained by labor variables, raw materials, initial capital and experience. The remaining 55% is explained by other independent variables included in the model.
