Abstract

PT. XYZ is a company which has 1040 suppliers. A large suppliers makes the company to carefully in shorting out the materials based on high quality standards. This research is to develop performance appraisal method to obtain priority sequence for suppliers based on weight criteria, using AHP and PROMETHEE. This research using Promethee method to decide supplier order, using six criterias, value of rendemen, value of productivity yield, planting period, time interval cutting and coming, levels of cane dirty and form partnership. Each with its own weight calculated by AHP to use in PROMETHEE. After processing data obtained the result shows that the highest supplier from supplier 46 which has net flow score 0.703, then supplier’s 313 has net flow score 0.7023, in the third position supplier which has net flow score 0.696 is Supplier’s 72. There is different sequence in deciding from supplier company form amount 1040 suppliers it shows the third position has rendemen 7.3 is the higher than the second position which her rendemen score 6.7. The difference of result caused of promethee calculation, it caused by the calculation using six criterias, where each of criteria refers to the quality of cane production.This research presents a framework for evaluation suppliers as a recommendation for the company to conduct an evaluation suppliers.
