Abstract

In the E-Commerce transaction the business and consumer parties can only communicate through internet media and do not conduct face to face in doing an agreement with a written agreement an agreement can be done if viewed the development of a very advanced era in the presence of such technology is no longer a paper based economy, but turned into a digital electronic economy. So that the need for a clear protection to consumers who use the Internet media to conduct transactions.
