Abstract
This study aims to provide evidence empirically will the influence of work motivation, work compensation, work discipline and job stress on employee performance at PT BPR Adipura Santosa. The sample used in this study amounted to 50 employees. The sampling method used in this research is saturated samples. The analytical technique used is multiple linear with software assistance SPSS 20. The results of this study indicate that the discipline of work affect the employee's performance, while the motivation of work, work compensation, and job stress does not affect the performance of employees.
