Abstract
Public sector organization is a organizationthat has a relationship with the public interestand the provision of goods or services to the public in carriying out operational activities. Public sector organizations need supporting factors. So that good performance is the level of success of employees in carring out duties an responsibilities. The study aims to determine the effect organizational culture, work stress, motivation, and job satistaction on employee performance. This research was condusted on the evironmental office ofBoyolali district. The sample in this research is 48 of performance. This sample were taken by using the saturated sampling method. Data were collected using a survey method. Data analysis techinique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that organizational culture, work stress, and motivation does not affect on employee performance.
