Abstract

Corrugated beans are one type of seed that has carbohydrates 55.3 g, 12, 8 g water, ash 3.3 g, 4.7 g fat, 23.9 g protein and 201 mg calcium so it can meet the nutritional needs for growth oyster mushrooms and mushroom. The purpose of this research is to know the growth of mycelium seeds F0 oyster mushroom and mushroom on alternative media extract, porridge, flour koro benguk. This research uses experimental method with Completely Randomized Design (RAL) which consists of two factorial patterns. The first factor of treatment of the media is extract, porridge, flour koro benguk. The second factor is the type of mushroom oyster mushroom and mushroom. Parameters observed were the diameter of mycelium, mycelium thickness and mycelium color. Observation was done on day 3 and day 7. The results showed that the most rapid growth of mycelium on banana extract buffer media (M1J2) was 8.2 cm, while the mycelium growth was the slowest on the flour of oyster mushroom (M3J1) that is 0 , 15 cm. The thickness of mycelium in all media and fungi seems thin. The best of mycelium is the mushroom that looks white.
