Abstract

This study aims: (1) Describe the development of human resources in merger schools. (2) Describe the development of facilities and infrastructure at merger schools. (3) Describe the fund-raising at the merger school. The research method used is qualitative method with phenomenology type, and located in Ngebung Kalijambe Sub-district of Sragen Regency. The research informant is principal and teacher. Data collection using interview method, and documentation. This study uses interview guides, and document checklists. Data analysis techniques using interactive analysis, the fact that the field is constructed into concepts. Testing the validity of data in this study using triangulation of sources, methods, and theory. The results showed that: (1) Development of human resources program. It is proven by not only making the average student but also the achievement. The principal's program is always interspersed with intensive training and high morale and nurturing, teachers as well as trainings to improve the quality as teachers (2) The development of facilities and infrastructure is also increasing, many are updating. Learning media already exist that is based on IT. Procurement of facilities and infrastructure on a regular basis and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure. (3) Development of funds in a transparent and open manner. Funds for 8 educational needs using priority principles. Keywords: regrouping, human resources, facilities and infrastructure, funds.
