Abstract

This study aims to find out the learning management in the 2013 curriculum in SD Negeri 4 Sobo, Geyer, Grobogan. The object of research consists is: (1) learning planning, (2) implementation of learning, (3) assessment of learning, and (4) supervision of learning. This research is a qualitative descriptive research, subject of research is principal and teacher of two people. The data collected through three ways are: interview, observation, and documentation. The results showed that: (1) planning of learning is done by arranging syllabus, RPP and instructional media in accordance with the material and requirement of student and also student learning environment at school. (2) the implementation of learning is done by applying scientific approach and pay attention to class management well. (3) assessment of learning is done by using authentic assessment and includes the areas of attitudes, knowledge, and skills accompanied by the assessment rubric. Classroom teachers involve PJOK and Religion teachers in giving attitude assessment. However, assessments can not be made daily due to time constraints and teacher focus to student management in the classroom. (4) supervision of learning is done by school principals and school supervisors who are conducted with formal and non formal. Supervision is useful for monitoring and providing solutions ranging from the planning, implementation and assessment of learning. Keywords: management, 2013 curriculum, learning process
