Abstract

Based on the result of demographic health survey Indonesia (SDKI) 2012, the maternal mortality in Indonesia reach 359 of 100.000 live birth and rate neonatal mortality reached 32 of 1000 live birth. The government policy throught the use of MCH books as a medium information and notes maternal and child health till a age of 6 years is an effort to lower the maternal mortality and infant mortality. On 2016 public health centre in Sragen have 3 death case of maternal and 2 case infant mortality. Research purposes is analyzing relations the age, of parity, knowledge, attitude, the distance, and guidance of health workers by behavior of the use of services at community health centers in Sragen. The methodology used is research analytic by approach cross sectional. The population all pregnant mothers visited in district community health centers in Sragen the sample with 109. The sample collection with purposive sampling. The analysis used chi square. The research result show there was no connection age (p=1,000), there was no contact of parity (p=0,917), there was a correlation knowladge (p=0,011), there was no contact the attitude (p=0,102), there was no contact the distances of community health center (p=0,430), there was no contact guidance of trained health professional (p=0,653) with the manners the use of a book maternal and child in sub district community health centers in Sragen.
