A good level of security is indispensable on the protection system for keeping to the inflexible pieces of electric power. Speed and responsiveness to the disruption badly needed against the protection system to work according the function. Recloser and OCR (Over Current Relay) is the very role of protection equipment on a safety medium voltage network. OCR detect any disruption to current that subsequently ordered the recloser (breaker) to open automatically. Recloser can open and shut automatically by setting the open lid that can be arranged. When the nature of the interference is only temporary then it will automatically reclose recloser returned correspond to the settings that were applied on the system and when the disruption is permanent recloser will automatically reclose open after a few times. Setting reclose on recloser is generally arranged three times before reclose open permanently. In the writing of the final task to analyze (t) recloser and OCR on disturbances in penyulang 9 20 KV distribution GI Bawen, by calculating the OCR (t) on the side of the incoming and outgoing side and the latter seeking a quantity (t) the recloser. Most great disturbances occurred at kilometer 1 of 9675.9  -83, 58o A, and the least is happening in 10 kilometers of 2718.9  -71, 58o A. The value of OCR incoming tms of = 0.25 seconds, and t = 0.03 seconds, and the value of OCR outgoing tms of = 0.25 seconds, t = 0.57 seconds while the latter calculation of recloser tms of = 0.6 seconds, t = 1.30 seconds.
