Abstract
In this modern era, the internet development brings many changes. Not only in technology terms but also a legal point. The Covenant is said to be valid if it has fulfilled the 1320 Civil Code element. In the fact, the agreement that contained in an application's service policy have to use a standard clause in the agreement, it seems that the contents of the agreement have been made unilaterally by the business actor and of course the consumer is placed in a relatively in lower position. Not just a raw clause there are even exoneration clauses are also listed in it. The author uses data from the service policy of Traveloka, Pegi-Pegi and Tiket.com online application. This research is a legal research conducted with a doctrinal approach that is analyzed qualitatively with deductive reasoning, it aims to analyze and describe the agreement contained in the online application service providers.
