Abstract
Investment is important to the economy of a country as it plays a key role in economic growth, in Indonesia as a developing country requires a lot of incoming investment required for the economic development process. In this study the authors take the title "Influence Inflation Analysis, Interest Rates, GDP and Wages of Labor Against Investment". The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of inflation, interest rates, gross domestic product and labor wages on investments in Indonesia in the short and long term. This study uses time series data with time series from 1992 to 2016, sourced from Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), Bank Indonesia and World Bank. The analytical method used is Partial adjustment model (PAM). Based on the estimation result shows that inflation has a significant negative effect on investment in Indonesia both in short and long term, while interest rate and GDP have positive significant effect on investment in Indonesia both in short and long term, while labor wage variable has no influence to investments in Indonesia in the short and long term.
