Abstract
Tuberculosis is a contagious disease caused by bacteria tuberculosis, the number of patient visits at community health center trough is low, with the number of patients who do not adhere to treatment as much as 16 patients TB. it iss due to the patients disbeief of generic drugs given by community helath center trough. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of health personnel in the compliance of TBC patients treatment so as to know the role of healthcare workers in health promotion as prevention of TBC cases, to know the role of healthcare workers in the supervision of taking medicine as prevention of TBC cases, knowing the motivation , health workers in efforts to manage TBC, using three strategies that include: health promotion, PMO (Drug Supervisory ) and also motivation / encouragement. This research method is qualitative research that produce descriptive data in the form of written words. By involving 2 main informants consisting of 1 TBC healthcare officer and 1 health promotion officer. And also the triangulation informant consisting of 1 head of community health center trough and 5 tuberculosis patients. From the analysis of the interviews of the researchers, that in improving patient compliance in TBC treatment the role of healthcare workers is very important. Where the role of healthcare workers at community health center trough Bulu, including health promotion to socialize in the form of counseling is good, but counseling in cross-sector is done only once when positive patients TBC found, Drug supervisor in reminding patients in taking drugs, motivation / given by the family is good enough. However, from the TBC officer in the aspect of encouragement when the patient stopped treatment less enthusiastic to remind the treatment again. the third strategy is able to improve patients to be more obedient in treatment.
