Abstract
The purpose of this research is to examine (1) the influence of user involvement (2) the influence of user ability (3) the influence of top management support (4) the influence of training and user education on the performance of accounting information system in Islamic BRI banks Ex Karesidenan Surakarta. This study uses primary data. Sampling method is done by purposive sampling. The population in this study is the accounting information system users in Islamic BRI banks Ex Karesidenan of Surakarta. Number of samples taken were 73 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, which is preceded by the classical assumption, which is processed with SPSS for Windows version 16.0. The results of this study indicate that the variables top management support effect the the accounting information system performance while user involvement, personal ability, training and user education has not effect on the performance of accounting information system.
