Abstract

Policy Strategy for Improving Maternal Health indicator to the three target of SDGs that is improving maternal health by reducing maternal mortality through various activities, one of them is by extension of family planning participant. With KB the maternal mortality rate can be suppressed from the 4 (four) too existing causes such as too young, too old, too much, and too close to labor spacing. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of knowledge, education, economic status, and support of the husband to the EFA interest in participating in family planning program in the village of distance, Wonosobo regency. The type of research used is quantitative analytic research, with cross sectional study design. The population in this study all the PUS in the Jarajsari Village, Wonosobo District, Wonosobo regency which amounted to 1,903 PUS. Samples were collected by 160 respondents using Lemeshow et al. Statistical test technique using Chi Square test. Result of research that there is influence of knowledge (p value = 0,000; CC = 0,39), there is influence of education (p value = 0,020; CC = 0,26), there influence of husband support (p value = 0,000; CC = 0,43 ) to the EFA's interest in participating in the Family Planning Program in Jaraksari Village, Wonosobo District. While the economic status is not influence (p value = 0.258) to the EFA interest in participating in Family Planning Program in Desa Terbsari, Kabupaten Wonosobo. BKKBN Wonosobo party needs to increase husband participation in participating of family planning program, that is by invite and participate in husband involvement in health promotion activities of family planning program in Wonosobo regency.
