Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of Financial Performance (ROA, ROE, DER, CR, and NPM) on stock prices at agricultural companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2014-2016. Sample in this research as many as 34 companies taken by Purposive Sampling. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with the first classical assumption test that includes normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test. The results of this study indicate that partially Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) have a positive and significant effect on stock prices in agricultural companies listed on the BEI in 2014-2016. While Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) have no significant effect on stock price at agricultural companies listed on BEI in 2014-2016.
